Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every car is presented in pristine condition. This role involves cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing vehicles to enhance their appearance and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Strong customer service skills are essential as you will interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Apply protective coatings to paintwork and upholstery to preserve the vehicle's condition.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that require attention before detailing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's condition and detailing services.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises as needed for cleaning and inspection purposes.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Picking up and delivering vehicles across the UK
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred .
- A valid driving licence is required to operate various vehicles safely.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- A meticulous approach to work with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
