Full job description

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants / Care Assistants to work in a nursing home in the CM9 6LF area.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a nursing home, care home, or domiciliary care
Confident with personal care and supporting elderly residents
Clear verbal and written communication in English
Caring, reliable, patient, and professional
Able to work well as part of a team
Mandatory training certificates preferred
DBS preferred

Main duties:

Support residents with personal care
Assist with mobility, meals, and daily living needs
Report any concerns to senior staff or nurses
Maintain dignity, respect, and good care standards
