Full job description

Your role

We are looking for Test Lead with expertise in system testing, validation, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and process improvement. Skilled in delivering high-quality solutions, managing end-to-end testing activities, resolving complex issues, and leveraging automation to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability.

Your profile

Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
Strong knowledge of VoIP and telecom protocols, including SIP, SDP, RTP, DTMF, IMS, call routing, IVR, and voicemail.
Experience in voice technologies, including G.711, G.729, and AMR-WB codec validation and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of NFV, Telco Cloud, and IP networking concepts.
Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) using Wireshark, PCAP/SIP trace analysis, trace collection, and issue reproduction techniques.
Experience in performance, load, and service validation testing, as well as monitoring and operational support.
Strong background in test management, including test strategy, planning, specification, STLC, SIT, UAT, ORT, defect triage, and reporting.
Experience with automation and scripting using Python, test automation frameworks, and telecom test automation solutions.
