Full job description

Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced bank NHS patient services administrator to join our amazing and supportive team in our in our prestige private Manchester Eye Hospital. This is a zero hour contract offering flexible shifts and pay up to £16 hourly rate dependent on experience.

The Role

You will be part of a multi-disciplined team contributing to the activity of the Patient Services Team.

Requirements

Customer focussed
Friendly telephone manner
Excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in high pace enviroment
Highly organised, able to prioritise and cope well with pressure
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to act as a resource for colleagues & staff
IT literate ie good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
