Creator Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 1–2 days per week
Pay: £150 per day

About the Role

I'm a full-time fashion, lifestyle and automotive content creator, working with brands across social media.

As my business continues to grow, I'm looking for a highly organised and proactive Creator Operations Assistant to support me with the operational side of the business. You'll be working directly alongside me, helping keep everything organised behind the scenes so I can focus on creating content and delivering brand campaigns.

Although the business operates under KB Labs Limited, this is a small creator-led business- you'll be supporting me directly rather than working within a large company.

This isn't a creative role. You don't need to be a content creator, photographer or editor. I'm looking for someone who is highly organised, takes initiative and likes helping things run efficiently behind the scenes.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the week, but may include:

Campaign Support

Supporting campaign shoots when required.
Helping prepare products, outfits and equipment.
Sourcing props when required.
Creating packing lists for travel and location shoots.

Travel & Partnership Support

Researching and booking travel.
Researching hotels and accommodation.
Sending outreach emails using approved templates.
Tracking responses and following up where appropriate.

Product & Returns

Processing returns.
Managing products that need to be sold, returned or stored.
Preparing return parcels.

Organisation & Reselling

Photographing items for sale.
Creating Vinted listings (pricing approved by me).
Packaging sold items.
Preparing parcels for posting.
Helping manage the sell/donate process.

About You

You are:

Highly organised and naturally tidy.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
A good communicator.
Comfortable using basic productivity tools.
Able to travel to Manchester city centre.

Experience supporting a creator isn't required. I'm much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, organisation skills and willingness to learn.

Bonus (Not Essential)

An interest in fashion, social media or content creation.
Experience using Vinted or eBay.
Previous administrative, operations or personal assistant experience.

What You'll Get

£150 per day.
Flexible part-time working (1–2 days per week).
