During your development programme you'll work across multiple areas of the business, including:

Assisting with transport planning
Managing driver communication
Monitoring vehicle utilisation

Supporting customer deliveries

Customer & Account Management

Building relationships with customers
Managing customer requirements
Handling service issues
Identifying opportunities to improve service levels

Commercial & Sales

Learning pricing strategies
Understanding profit margins
Preparing quotations
Supporting business development activities
Learning how to win and retain customers

Leadership Development

Working alongside department leaders
Leading small projects
Supporting process improvements
Developing people management skills
Learning how decisions impact company performance
