About The Role:
If you’re passionate about digital artwork, know your bleed from your trap and are a whizz with Adobe Creative Suite, then we want to hear from you! Our studio are in need another team member to help handle supplied artwork from our clients and ensure it’s print-ready. You will also be able to create bespoke designs working from a customer’s design brief. Working closely with our customer service team, you will be able to confidently advise clients on any issues that may arise when pre-flighting their artwork.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Handling of supplied artwork files to ensure they are suitable for printing.
- Set-up files for wide format, digital, litho, die-cutting, digital foiling, spot UV and other specialist production.
- Spot and resolve any print related issues that may arise.
- Liaise with production team to resolve any issues.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone and online chat.
- Offer technical advice to Customers.
- Creative design services for customers and in house marketing team.
- On-site working only - this position is not available as remote working.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the print industry.
- Knowledge of artwork, pre-press and repro procedures.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Specifically Illustrator & InDesign along with Photoshop.
- Knowledge of digital design for web.
- Excellent time management skills.
