Cadman and Son LLP are an established contractor specialising in small works, property maintenance and insurance claim works. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team full time.
The role involves carrying out a variety of works from fire / flood damage repairs to public sector small works. No two jobs are the same, so we are looking for someone is versatile, confident working across multi trades, can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and takes pride of their work.
You will regularly be working in customers’ homes, so being professional, respectful and approachable is important.
Key Responsibilities -
- Carrying out general building and maintenance repairs
- Plastering / Crack Repairs / Making Good
- Bricklaying
- Keeping customers informed and maintaining a professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Completing jobs to a high standard and within agreed timescales
- Completing remedial works following water, fire and other insured property damage
- Make sure following Health and Safety protocol on site
About You –
we are looking for someone who has the following –
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Takes pride in the quality of their work
- Has solid experience in general building
- Has a professional and positive attitude
- Has good attention to detail
Experience of insurance repair work would be an advantage, but not essential for the right candidate.
