Duties

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt, friendly assistance in both Spanish and English.
Handle data entry tasks accurately to update customer records, order details, and service logs.
Apply excellent phone etiquette to ensure every interaction is professional, courteous, and solution-oriented.
Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions and identify opportunities for upselling relevant products or services.
Maintain clear communication by actively listening and conveying information effectively across multiple channels.
Assist in resolving complaints or issues by troubleshooting efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Support team goals by contributing to a positive work environment and sharing best practices for customer engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds rapport quickly.
Multilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upselling opportunities.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a plus.
