About The Role

Where Administrative Excellence Powers Operational Success - Join us as Operations Assistant

EKC Training are seeking an Operations Assistant based at Broadstairs college within EKC Group you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive service including supporting with answering telephone calls, emails and queries into the team from learners, employers and College staff using relevant software to maintain accurate records.

Key Details:

Salary: £26,181 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours per week: 37

About You

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and efficient member to our team. The successful candidate will have recent experience of working in an administrative or funding related capacity for a Further Education establishment or a private training provider.

The ideal candidate will have experience of administering complex provision such as apprenticeships and will be able to evidence working effectively with competing priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
