Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on and online technical support. This is a full-time, office-based position with some travel, including occasional overnight stays, and full training will be provided in both the UK and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide in-person, telephone, and email support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for both software and hardware installations.
- Diagnose, test, and repair mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
- Facilitate software deployment, updates, and customer training.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Avonnex’s offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools.
- Customer-Focused Communication
- A proactive, “Can do” approach
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and documentation.
- Additional Requirements
- Clean driving license and ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
