Clinical Lead GP | Rosedean House Surgery | Full-time (40) or Part-time (30) Available

Rosedean House Surgery are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking GP who is looking for an opportunity to drive meaningful improvement and help shape the future of a practice ready to evolve in Cornwall.

As our Clinical Lead GP, you will combine clinical practice with influential leadership. You will join a supportive, ambitious organisation that values innovation, empowers clinicians, and recognises the importance of continuity, collaboration, and compassionate care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
Provide clinical leadership across the practice
Support service development and continuous improvement
Champion quality, safety, and governance standards
Work collaboratively with operational and clinical colleagues to improve outcomes and patient experience
Contribute to building a positive, supportive team culture

Knowledge, Training & Experience (Person Specification)

Essential:

GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List (no restrictions).
Experienced GP with a genuine interest in clinical leadership and service improvement.
Evidence of continued professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety and quality.
Ability to build supportive, positive working relationships.
Embraces change and contributes positively to team dynamics.
Committed to the values and vision of OneMedicare.
High standard of clinical accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
Strong digital and clinical system literacy (EMIS desirable).

Recruitment Process:

The Cover Letter will form part of the initial shortlisting process, helping the panel better understand your approach to leadership, service development, and patient care.
The recruitment process is expected to include two interview stages. A third stage may be introduced if further assessment is required.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: Up to £120,000 per annum dependent on experience
Flexibility: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (30 hours) can be considered
15-minute appointments, when clinical
NHS Pension with 20.6% employer contribution
38 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) (pro rata for part-time)
Indemnity cover for the hours worked
10% of weekly hours allocated for CPD
5 days study leave per year (pro rata for part-time)
