Experienced Cabin cleaner required to work for 3 hours per day and 3 days per week, the cleaning requirement may increase as the project continues

The cabins are located North east of Carsphairn and south of New Cumnock, Dumfries and Galloway, due to the location applicants will need to have their own transport.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Cabin Cleaner to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of aircraft cabins, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for passengers and crew. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness, contributing to a positive travel experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail makes a real difference!

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of aircraft cabins, including seats, carpets, windows, overhead compartments, and lavatories
Restock supplies such as tissues, blankets, headphones, and safety equipment to ensure readiness for each flight
Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene standards
Inspect cabins for any maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly
Assist with baggage handling and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently between flights
Use commercial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies effectively to achieve optimal results
Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely turnaround of aircraft

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, preferably within an aviation or transportation setting
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
