Duties
- Perform body piercings with accuracy, adhering to strict health and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the piercing process and aftercare instructions
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilised
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and managing enquiries
- Promote services through social media management to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Upsell additional treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or deep tissue massages where appropriate
- Engage with clients to build rapport and ensure their comfort throughout their visit
- Support management in organising promotional events or special offers
Skills
- Proven experience in body piercing or similar body modification procedures
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Knowledge of hospitality or guest services to ensure a welcoming environment
- Ability to upsell services tactfully to maximise client satisfaction and business growth
This is a self-employed role within our Skins & Needles Middlesbrough branch.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
