Position Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our clients' brands, delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand awareness. This is an entry-level position where you will work in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment, engaging directly with members of the public to handle enquiries and secure new customers.
This role is highly suited to individuals looking to transition from retail, hospitality, or bar work into a professional sales and customer service career with clear internal progression routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering high-quality service and professionally representing major brands.
- Sales & Promotion: Present product features, benefits, and pricing structures clearly to customers to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Query Resolution: Address customer enquiries confidently, providing accurate information and resolving problems with a helpful, friendly approach.
- Campaign Support: Assist with localized face-to-face customer acquisition, promotional events, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Skill Development: Attend daily team briefings, product workshops, and ongoing communication skills training provided by senior mentors.

- Experience: No prior sales experience is required. We welcome applicants with a background in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, Bar Work, or Call Centres, as full training is provided.
