About Us

We are a supportive, empowering ladies-only gym focused on helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in a welcoming environment. We combine results-driven training with a strong community atmosphere and we’re looking for an energetic, motivated team member to help us grow.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role position combining fitness coaching and membership sales. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality group training sessions, supporting members on their fitness journey, and driving new memberships through sales, outreach, and in-club promotions.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident, outgoing, target-driven, and passionate about women’s fitness.

This is a part time position at 20 hour.

Salary: £27,500 per annum (pro rata).

Key Responsibilities

Fitness Coaching

Lead engaging and safe group exercise classes
Deliver gym inductions for new members
Ensure the gym floor is welcoming, clean, and safe
Promote member retention through relationship building

Membership Sales & Targets

Conduct membership consultations and gym tours
Convert enquiries into memberships
Follow up on leads via phone, email, and social media
Achieve monthly membership sales targets
Promote current offers and campaigns

In-Club Activities & Community

Organise and run in-club challenges and events
Support member engagement initiatives
Help plan and attend social events
Represent the gym at community events where required
Assist with social media content (stories, reels, member shoutouts, etc.)

Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

Level 2 Gym Instructor (minimum)
Confident leading group training sessions
Sales experience or strong willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to build strong rapport with women of all ages and fitness levels

Desirable:

Level 3 Personal Training qualification
Previous gym or fitness industry experience
Experience using CRM or membership systems
Social media confidence
