We are seeking an experienced ABA tutor to join a well-established, consultant-led programme supporting an autistic young adult in Milton Keynes.
This is a well-structured, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)-based programme delivered within a coordinated multidisciplinary team, offering an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced ABA professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

- Commitment
- Thursdays and Fridays during term time.
- These days are non-negotiable due to the current programme schedule. Please only apply if you are able to commit to both days throughout term time.
- Availability to attend in-person consultation days a few times per year.
- Availability to attend shorter online consultant meetings held after school hours a few times per year.

- Delivering individualised ABA-based strategies and behaviour support across settings.
- Supporting learning across educational, vocational, community and daily living settings.
- Working within a highly compassionate and person-centred programme.
- You will work alongside
A highly supportive, experienced multidisciplinary team, including:
- Other experienced ABA tutors.
- A BCBA/UKBA (Cert.) consultant providing regular supervision and programme oversight.
- Other agencies, Therapists and Vocational setting staff.
- Essential requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience working under the supervision of a BCBA or UKBA (Cert.).
- Experience working with autistic young people or adults within ABA programmes.
- Experience implementing ABA programmes with a high degree of consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to provide professional references, including one from a BCBA or UKBA (Cert.).
- A full, valid UK driving licence and the ability to drive regularly, as the role involves transporting the learner within the community.
- Desirable
- UKBA (Cert.) or BCBA certification, or currently working towards UKBA (Cert.) certification. Applications are welcome from both certified practitioners and candidates working towards certification.
- Experience working within educational settings.
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a related field.
- An enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment checks will be required. We can support the successful candidate with obtaining an Enhanced DBS if needed.
