Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday, 7am to 3pm
Location: Milton Keynes

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

Coordinate and provide support and information in the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
Undertake basic low level incident investigations within the work place and promptly escalate issues of non compliance to safety regulations and procedures
Support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
Have a clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
Track dispersion of own team and understand the deviations with employees during informal performance reviews

Previous First Line Manager Experience is essential
Experience of completing daily Shift SLA's & KPI's
Strong Leadership experience
Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
