Brief Description
As a Business Information & Reporting Analyst, you will sit at the heart of the Systems Thinking Centre of Excellence, with an, organisation¿wide view of performance and progress across Systems Thinking teams aligned to regions and functions. You'll play a key role in connecting insight to action-supporting and enabling teams across the network by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting and data-driven recommendations.
Working closely with stakeholders nationwide, you'll monitor the progress of Systems Thinking initiatives, track the impact, and help drive momentum and continuous improvement across all activity.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse management data, including resources, competency, project priorities and status, workbank management, finance, commercial and customer services, and provide information to team managers to enable informed decision making.
- Contribute to the production of portfolio and business information packs and maintain the dashboard management reporting.
- Support the development of plans within the regulatory stage gate framework focused on progress through the 5D's of Systems Thinking.
- Manage data assurance activities; verify data requirements undertake analysis, review and interpret analysis and make recommendations.
- Develop and implement the assurance frameworks and KPIs to enable informed business decisions.
- Support the development and enhancement of relevant standards, processes, procedures and systems and other capability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate information management and record keeping.
- You will be the resourcing coordinator for the team in relation to onboarding administration and workforce tracker management
- Coordination of programme governance alignment activities, RAID log, sharepoint document management and portfolio drumbeat meeting administrator
- There will be some events coordination and newsletter activities as the portfolio grows
- Provide timely responses to enquiries and requests as requested.
Support project delivery, including monitoring and reporting on progress and generating project and programme documentation.

This role is a band 4B with a salary range of £35, 582- £43,400 per annum.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject
- Experience of extracting information and reporting from multiple sources, including databases
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to present information effectively and appropriately
