Are you an experienced planning coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? Do you want to help deliver style, speed and success for one of the UK’s most iconic fashion brands? Ready to plan behind the scenes for a brand where fashion is in its DNA?

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our team at our River Island site in Milton Keynes. This is a key role where you’ll lead planning and forecasting activity, ensuring operational and resource plans are aligned to deliver outstanding service for our customer. You’ll work cross-functionally with multiple departments, driving continuous improvement and playing a vital part in shaping the site’s strategic direction.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 till16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum and 28 days annual leave (inc bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

Lead and deliver daily operational and resource plans across the site
Monitor forecasts, identify risks, and ensure KPI and service targets are achieved
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align planning with operational and financial objectives
Analyse trends (including attendance and seasonal demand) to drive continuous improvement
Support peak planning, agency management, and cost-saving initiatives

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Confidence in influencing and challenging stakeholders across all levels
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive, organised approach with a drive to exceed expectations
