Full job description

Customer Service Coordinator

Wipak UK | Welshpool

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Customer Service team at Wipak UK.

This role is responsible for managing customer accounts and coordinating the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience from order placement through to delivery. The position works closely with internal departments to support demand planning, logistics coordination, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and act as the primary contact for customer enquiries
Coordinate the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
Process sales orders, issue confirmations, and maintain customer information within SAP
Monitor customer forecasts and ordering trends to support production planning
Build strong customer relationships through professional and responsive communication
Collaborate with Planning, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Reprographics, and Sales teams
Support inventory management, aged stock processes, and logistics coordination
Generate reports and maintain accurate customer and SKU master data
Resolve customer issues effectively and proactively
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements

Requirements

Experience in a customer service, account coordination, sales support, or administration role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience would be advantageous
