A day in the life of…
As our Hotel Reservations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the reservations process from start to finish for our guests. You’ll work to ensure that guests have a seamless experience when booking their accommodations and that all reservations are accurate and up to date.
This includes managing reservation systems, communicating with guests and other departments within the hotel, and ensuring that all reservations are properly documented. You’ll be responsible for managing room inventory and rates, as well as overseeing the work of reservation agents and other staff members.
What do we need from you?
- Strong leadership skills: Our Managers are strong leaders with the ability to motivate and manage our hotel team with extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies that drive success.
- Excellent communication skills: You’ll have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers and able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: You’ll need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions. You should be able to use data to make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail: You will have a keen eye for detail able to review reservations and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. You’ll be able to identify and resolve any issues that may arise and analyse complex data
- Industry experience: You’ll need to have extensive industry experience to understand the specific challenges and opportunities within the hotel and develop strategies to drive success. You should also have a deep understanding of the industry's regulations and compliance requirements.

This Hotel is located near to Blackpool Pleasure Beach amusement park and has 204 beds.
A five-minute drive from Blackpool airport, the hotel is located within walking distance of Pleasure Beach and two tram stations providing access to the city centre. The hotel is part of a £31 million regeneration project that plans to build new office blocks, retail outlets, parking space and additional tram stops between main train stations and the city centre.
