Company profile:

Crowthorne Insurance is a busy insurance brokerage operating in a fast-moving office environment based in Crowthorne. We are looking to expand our team to cope with an increase in business.

Description of role:

This role would suit a driven, proactive individual who would like to grow with the company and develop a career in the field of insurance and sales. Applicants must be keen to learn and eager to sell. Continuous training and development will be provided alongside a competitive salary based on experience. Professional qualifications are encouraged and exam fees are paid by the Company. You will have the opportunity to deal with all types of general insurance including Commercial. Yearly Bonus if Office Target Achieved.

Working Hours

Ideally Full time role but flexibility will be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Underwriting insurance risks – all training provided
Sales
Policy and Account administration
General Office Administration

Experience Preferred

Insurance Experience preferred but not essential
