Ambulatory Equine Veterinary Nurse/ Technician. Potential for Flexible working hours or part time. (max 37.5hr/week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive veterinary technician or qualified nurse to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an understanding of equine veterinary practice and gain hands on experience in a busy ambulatory practice.

About the role:
You will play an integral role in the day to day running of our ambulatory services, this is a busy exciting role where no two days are the same.
- Assisting veterinary surgeons with ambulatory visits
- Qualified RVNs will have the opportunity to conduct own nurse led visits.
- Preparing and maintaining veterinary equipment
- Cleaning, packing and sterilising of equipment
- Managing key functions within the pharmacy
About you:
- Strong equine knowledge with excellent horse handling skills
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship skills
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Reliable, adaptable and willing to learn
- Holds a full UK driving license and eligible to work in the UK
