Support Worker Days - Horsham Area

Company: Morning Stars Care

Pay: £13 - £13.75 per hour

Looking for full time and bank staff

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Morning Stars Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the Horsham area.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with a range of conditions to live fulfilling and independent lives. You’ll support people to achieve personal goals, access activities they enjoy, and ensure they feel safe, respected, and heard every day.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive pay: £13.00 – £13.75 per hour (dependent on experience)
Time and a half pay on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
Bank holidays included in annual leave entitlement (additional day off if worked)

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (no vehicle required)
Experience of Positive Behaviour Support, Experience with Learning Disabilities, Experience with Mental Health. (desirable)
Clear DBS check
Ability to work alternate weekends
Willingness to complete 1 sleep-in shift per week
Availability for one standby day per week (£20 payment)
Early shift availability (arriving 15 minutes before start time)
Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (desirable, not essential)
