Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Worker and become a vital part of the production process! Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely to assemble components according to specifications
Assist with the setup and breakdown of production lines, ensuring smooth workflow
Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying defects or issues for correction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols
Support inventory management by accurately handling materials and supplies in the warehouse
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently
Follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines during all tasks

Requirements

Mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools is highly desirable
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
Previous experience in assembly or warehouse environments is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new tasks
Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
