Warehouse Manager
Location: Plymouth

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday with Saturdays allocated on a rota
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Warehouse Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy warehouse.
The role will oversee multiple teams and functions, including Quality Check, Repairs, and our Computing & Gaming Department, ensuring each operates efficiently, accurately and to a consistently high standard.
This is a hands-on management role suited to someone with strong leadership skills, discipline and a strong management presence. The successful candidate will be confident setting expectations, maintaining standards and holding people accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the warehouse and its day-to-day operations.
- Manage and oversee multiple warehouse teams
- Allocate resources and priorities effectively across departments.
- Lead, motivate and hold employees accountable for performance and standards.
- Ensure stock is received, processed, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness and warehouse discipline.
- Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Set and monitor operational KPIs, productivity and team performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
- Ensure company policies, health & safety requirements and operational procedures are followed.
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to meet business requirements.
- Take ownership of operational issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Support recruitment, training and development of warehouse employees.

Experience
Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or within operations management is advantageous, but experience within the technology, refurbishment or e-commerce industry is not required.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
