Custodian – 2nd Shift
Monday – Friday | 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Bucks County Community College is seeking a dependable and dedicated Custodian to join our second shift team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout campus buildings, helping to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for students, staff, and visitors. These services include but are not limited to the cleaning of classrooms, offices and bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows and setting up for events. Overtime is available for large campus functions needing coverage.
Work Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday).
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1 – 3 years job-related experience in facility housekeeping procedures.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must complete a Pennsylvania criminal background check and pre-employment physical & drug screening.
Pay & Benefits
Base Starting Salary: $20.69 + an additional $0.10/hr. + $0.75/hr. shift differential. Background Checks/Clearances
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances, including, but not limited to, a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check, a pre-placement physical, and a pre-employment drug screening that tests for controlled substances, including marijuana (THC).
