About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, enjoys helping people and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll become a key part of the HB team, helping to ensure our students, parents and teachers receive outstanding support every day.
No two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
- Managing parent enquiries via email and phone.
- Welcoming new families and supporting the enrolment process.
- Managing trial bookings and student records.
- Updating our ClassForKids system.
- Supporting costume orders and theatre show administration.
- Monitoring registers and attendance records to help provide support where needed.
- Assisting with events, performances and holiday camps.
- Ordering resources and helping keep the school organised.
- Helping maintain high levels of customer care and family engagement.
- Supporting the Director with day-to-day operations and projects.
- Identifying ways to improve systems and make processes more efficient.

The Person We're Looking For:
This role is much more than administration.
We're looking for someone who cares about people, loves creating great experiences and enjoys bringing calm and organisation to a busy environment.
You'll be the friendly face and reassuring voice behind many of our families' interactions with HB, helping us deliver the high standards of care and professionalism we're known for.

Hours
Approximately 4-10 hours per week initially, with flexibility around when these hours are worked. There is potential for the role to grow as the school continues to expand. Some evening and weekend attendance will occasionally be required to support performances, events and holiday camps.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Graduate
Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour
