Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Yard Worker to join our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our yard. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serving customers, loading their vehicle with materials purchased.
- Picking and preparing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Replenish material when needed
- Keeping up to date on tidiness of yard
Experience:
- Previous experience in handling building materials and warehouse operations is advantageous
- Proficiency in using forklifts for load/unload tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly
