Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive administration, logistical, and compliance support to the Fundraising & Volunteering team. Acting as the operational backbone of the department, this role ensures that the back end engine room runs flawlessly.
While the Head of Development and the Partnership Leads are out networking and securing deals, this role is responsible for ensuring all paperwork is up to date, managing donor database, coordinating event logistics, and processing corporate and event-specific volunteer records.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Fundraising & Partnership Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administration, logistical, and compliance support to the Fundraising & Volunteering team. Acting as the operational backbone of the department, this role ensures that the back end engine room runs flawlessly. Your main responsibilities include:
- Owning the day to day data entry and upkeep of the donor and partner database, ensuring GDPR compliance and high data integrity.
- Providing vital administrative and practical support in the lead-up to flagship events, including managing guest lists, booking venues/vendors, and organising event collateral.
- Maintaining accurate records of corporate volunteering hours, compliance documentation, and post-event feedback.
- Administering the donor stewardship pipeline by preparing and sending out timely thank you letters, gift-aid receipts and impact updates.
What Skills and Experience Do You Need?
To be successful in this rewarding role, it is essential that you have:
- An education to A-Level standard or equivalent experience.
- Experience meeting or exceeding income targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, alongside outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours, as this role requires regular evening and weekend working.
