Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Brand & Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse branding and multimedia projects across multiple industries with a particular focus on food, hospitality, retail and emerging businesses.

You will be responsible for creating compelling visual identities, marketing materials, branded business assets, and digital content that help our clients establish a strong and consistent market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop complete brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, brand guidelines, and visual systems.
Design branding concepts for food trucks, retail spaces, commercial vehicles, and other branded business environments.
Create marketing collateral including brochures, menus, packaging, presentations, signage, promotional materials and print assets.
Produce engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, online campaigns, and other marketing channels.
Design multimedia content including motion graphics, short promotional videos, presentations and visual storytelling assets where required.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate ideas into effective creative solutions.
Work closely with internal teams and production partners to ensure designs are commercially practical and ready for implementation.
Maintain visual consistency across client brands and ensure all creative outputs align with established brand guidelines.
Explore and implement Generative AI tools and creative technologies to enhance design workflows, improve productivity, accelerate content creation, and support innovative client solutions while maintaining high creative and quality standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Stay up to date with design trends, branding strategies, Generative AI advancements, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative discipline.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, and familiarity with other professional creative tools.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and brand identity design.
Experience creating both digital and print-ready artwork.
Interest in learning and applying Generative AI tools to support creative design, content generation, and workflow optimisation.
Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills

Experience in vehicle graphics, environmental branding, signage, or exhibition graphics.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and creative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly & ChatGPT
Experience working with hospitality, retail consumer, or service-based brands.
Familiarity digital marketing creatives, or content creation is an advantage.
