Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser (Self-Employed)
Location: Northampton (Field-based / NN Postcodes)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (10 until 18:00)
Pay: 33% Commission (Transitioning to hourly rate post-trial)
Contract Type: Self-Employed / Permanent

We are expanding our field team and seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Canvasser to generate residential cleaning leads and help scale our local routes.
The Trial & Pay Structure
We reward work ethic and consistency.
Month 1 (Trial): Earn an uncapped 33% commission on all confirmed, booked work to be serviced.
Post-Trial: After a successful first month of hard work and reliable lead generation, we will review your performance and transition you onto a stable, competitive hourly rate instead of commission.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
Canvassing: Knocking residential areas provided by management where our cleaning teams are already scheduled to work the following day (the ultimate icebreaker).
Service Delivery: Confidently presenting our premium home cleaning and maid services to homeowners and remote workers.
Strategy & Admin
Lead Capturing: Securing confirmed booking details and customer contact info on the doorstep.
Route Mapping: Communicating territory data back to the admin team via WhatsApp or portal software.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Background in face-to-face sales, door-to-door canvassing, or customer service is preferred, but we are fully open to enthusiastic newbies with the right attitude.
Logistics: Must drive (with access to a vehicle) OR live close to Northampton town centre.
Territory: Comfortable working strictly within the Northampton postcodes.
Communication: Clear spoken English, a professional manner, and zero fear of approaching doors.
Reliability: A self-motivated individual who is driven by targets and independent field work.
