Position: Part/ Trade Supplier Apprenticeship - RH Commercials
Locations: Northampton
HOURS:
40 hours per week
ROTATING SHIFTS:
Week 1 Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3pm,
Week 2 Monday to Friday 12.30pm to 9pm
1 in 2 Saturday mornings paid at overtime rate
APPRENTICE LEVEL: Level 2 Qualification in Trade Supplier
START DATE:
DURATION: 3 Years including EPA.

With the continued growth of the RH Commercials product, winning awards and ongoing market launches of a wider Electric Truck and Van portfolio, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career, someone looking to change career or a school leaver, to join our Parts Team, as a Parts/Trade Supply Apprentice.
This dedicated 3-year programme is delivered with GTG and will help you build your knowledge and skills to become a great Parts Advisor. You’ll learn how to give a great customer experience, ordering parts to customers, processing returns and payments and carrying out stock checks.

With this Parts/ Trade Supplier apprentice, you’ll get involved in everything we do and gain lots of hands-on experience throughout your apprenticeship.
What does a Parts/ Trade Supplier do?
- Helps customers order the right parts for their vehicle, face to face and over the phone
- Help solve any customer problems
- Process sales transactions, including raising invoices and credits for goods supplied and handling returns
- Co-ordinate with other departments, such as the service desk and the workshop
- Compile parts from job cards for repairs being carried out in the workshop.
- Ensures they have current product knowledge

What Qualifications are Required?
- Minimum 5 National 5s (Grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths

- You like working as part of a team and enjoy solving problems
- You have good communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
- Good attention to detail as you will be working with parts numbers when ordering parts for our customers
- Good IT skills with an ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
