The Springer Spaniel Country Gastro Pub
Launceston, Cornwall
£13.50 per hour | 40 hours per week | Permanent

Join Our Kitchen Team at The Springer Spaniel

The Springer Spaniel is a welcoming country gastro pub in the heart of Cornwall, known for serving high-quality, freshly prepared food in a relaxed and friendly environment. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chefs to join our growing kitchen team.

The Role

40 hours per week
£13.50 per hour
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
Assisting with menu development and daily specials
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Working closely with the Head Chef and supporting junior team members
Ensuring consistency and quality in every service

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
Passion for gastro pub dining
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
Strong organisational and communication skills
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Food hygiene knowledge and commitment to high standards
