Full job description

Hashtag Media Group is looking for a creative and driven Video Editor / Marketing Executive to join our growing creative team. We work closely with brands creating high-quality content and marketing campaigns that deliver results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong editing skills, a passion for content creation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

Editing high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
Assisting with the management of client social media accounts
Creating engaging short-form and long-form content
Planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms
Designing creative ad content for online advertising campaigns
Working closely with the wider creative and marketing team
Assisting with campaign planning and creative concepts
Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Supporting content capture and on-site shoots when required

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Relevant degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Content, Film, or similar
Proficient in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong photography and videography skills
Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns
Ability to create engaging ad creatives for online advertising
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
Experience with content creation and content scheduling
Strong organisational and communication skills
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Desirable

Experience with motion graphics or animation
Understanding of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn content styles
Experience working within an agency environment
