Full job description

Role Purpose

We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment & Administration Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This role is primarily responsible for managing the company's recruitment activities while providing administrative, onboarding and marketing support across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting and recruiting high-quality talent, supporting hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms.
Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage employee onboarding and compliance documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
Provide day-to-day administrative support.
Assist with recruitment marketing and social media.
Support business administration and reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong administration experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and confident telephone manner.

Desirable

Experience within construction or engineering.
Experience using HR or onboarding systems.
Marketing or social media experience.
Canva or graphic design experience.

Personal Attributes

Organised and proactive.
Professional and approachable.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
