Location: Northolt & surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,500 plus a performance bonus, Company Car & fuel card provided
We’re recruiting a Territory Manager in Northolt to join our growing team at Wave.
This is not your typical Territory Manager role. Although you will have your designated patch – this role focuses on merchandising, compliance, and data reporting within grocery environments, rather than sales. You do need to have good people skills – but this is so you can effectively build trust with stakeholders in your patch.
This role is ideal for someone with prior grocery or field marketing experience who enjoys seeing the direct impact of your work in store. Not only does this opportunity give you great experience, but you’ll also have continuous support from colleagues, fantastic career growth opportunities and excellent perks.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs.
Your key responsibilities:
-
Owning your territory, planning and delivering merchandising and audit activity to drive results.
-
Driving availability and compliance across the agreed product ranges.
-
Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines.
-
Reporting data & insights in a precise and timely manner to support performance tracking.
-
Be the face of our client in‑store, building trusted relationships with retail partners.
-
Collaborate with your Regional Manager and peers to share wins and solve challenges.
What We’re Looking For
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about this role and your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply - you might be just the right person for our team.
You’ll need:
-
Experience working in field sales or a retail environment – ideally in Grocery. (But not essential)
-
A self-motivated, proactive, and flexible approach.
-
A positive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset.
-
Ability to work autonomously.
-
Ability to be Target-driven and thrive in a results-focused environment.
-
Strong administration, planning, and organisational abilities.
-
Ability to analyse and interpret sales data to spot trends and opportunities.
-
IT and social media literacy – comfortable using digital tools and reporting platforms.
-
Right to Work in the UK – unfortunately we don’t offer visa sponsorship.
-
A clean UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans.)
