About Relyon Guarding and Security Services

Relyon Guarding and Security Services is a privately owned business, established over 25 years ago with multiple contracts with many prestigious clients across the Bristol and the Southwest, with offices in Bristol and Devon. Our clients include, Mitie, Bath and Northeast Somerset Council, Environment Agency, Defra and Bupa to name a few.

Due to business expansion and contract wins, we are looking to increase our team with multiple vacancies for security staff within the Bristol and surrounding areas.

The Role

We are seeking dedicated Mobile Security Officers to join our expanding team. Your duties will include carrying out routine security tasks across a defined geographical patch.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine security patrols and inspections.
Perform lock and unlock duties for client properties.
Inspect vacant properties for security risks.
Respond to alarm activations and incidents promptly.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, attendances and incidents.
Ensure the security of premises within your defined portfolio.
Provide a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
Maintain a professional attitude whilst working under pressure.

Vehicle is provided for the role (You must have own vehicle to travel to office)

Shifts

Your shift pattern is determined by rota per month (average of 52 hours per week)

Shift Times (depending on when the pattern falls)

Monday to Friday 1900-0700

Saturday 1900-0700

Sundays & Bank Holidays 1900-0700

Requirements

Full clean driving licence - Essential
SIA frontline licence - Essential
Experience in a similar role – Desired
Attention to detail – Essential
Good communication skills – Essential
Willingness to work within and support a team – Essential
