Duties

- Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers by communicating instructions and answering questions clearly.
- Assist with insurance verification, billing inquiries, and collecting necessary documentation to facilitate smooth administrative processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Support office operations by handling phone calls, emails, and appointment reminders efficiently.
