Our sites are run by people who know their customers, their stock, and their local market. That’s because we give them autonomy and ownership - not a one-size-fits-all script.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Van Driver to join our team at Michael Pavis. This is a full-time, permanent role delivering plumbing and heating products to local trade customers using a company van. You’ll be the face of our site on the road, providing excellent customer service and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver orders to customers using a company van
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries across the local area
Provide friendly and professional service at each drop
Load and unload the van safely and securely
Ensure the vehicle is clean and perform basic vehicle checks, reporting any issues
Support in the warehouse when required (e.g., picking orders, unloading deliveries)

What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving license
Experience in a commercial driving role (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
Good timekeeping and route planning skills
Customer focused attitude with strong relationship building abilities.
Team player with a willingness to support in the warehouse when needed
