Overview

Join our team as an Evening Office Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our office staff and visitors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional workspace during evening hours, ensuring that cleanliness standards are consistently met. We value dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a tidy, organized atmosphere that supports productivity and well-being.

Location - Brades Road, Oldbury, B69 2HN

Times of Work - 6:30pm to 8:30pm (Monday to Friday), 2 Hours a day, 10 Hours per week.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established procedures.
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas.
Restock restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance issues requiring reporting.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment during cleaning activities.
Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any damages or maintenance needs promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners effectively.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and meet quality standards.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts.
Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety procedures.
