About this Role…

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Venue Host Team as Reception Supervisor, working 40 hours over 5 days (any 5/7).

Our Venue Host Team creates an exceptional first and last impression for every guest by delivering friendly, welcoming, and professional service at all times. The team is responsible for handling enquiries and complaints, as well as managing reservations. The Venue Host Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the team to ensure a consistently high standard of guest satisfaction.

What we’re looking for …

A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
Work under the The Front of House Manager to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
To participate in on and off the job training for yourself and new team members.
Supervise from the front – adhere to and reinforce all standards, policies, and procedures.
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required, ensuring operational oversight, guest satisfaction, and staff coordination during these shifts.
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
