Training & Development Manager
Are you passionate about developing people, driving performance, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a dynamic Training & Development Partner to help shape the skills, knowledge, and success of our teams across the Group.
In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging training programmes that empower both new and existing employees, ensuring our people have the tools, confidence, and expertise to excel. You'll play a key role in improving business performance, championing best practice, and embedding a customer-first culture throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes, workshops, and learning materials for colleagues across the Group.
- Deliver induction, sales, technical, systems, and compliance training across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
- Promote consistency, excellence, and best practice in learning and development across all locations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, learning methodologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure training remains innovative and effective.
- Support FCA compliance by ensuring all training activities meet required standards.
- Maintain accurate training records and support employee competency, CPD, and professional development.
- Champion company values, culture, and a customer-centric mindset in everything you do.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
