- Be the first point of contact for IT incidents, problems and service requests, providing a professional, responsive and customer-focused support experience.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at first contact wherever possible, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Triage and prioritise incidents using agreed processes, escalating complex issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
- Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution using approved service management tools, ensuring service level targets are met or exceeded.
- Accurately record incident details, updates and resolutions to support effective communication and knowledge sharing across support teams.
- Communicate technical information clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical users.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and supporting the development of support documentation and knowledge resources.
- Keep up to date with relevant technologies, systems, processes and policies to ensure accurate and effective support is provided.
About you:
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, has a positive attitude, and is keen to develop their IT career.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong general PC and system skills, with the confidence to learn new technologies and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence working independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
