Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Support Officer to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to various departments. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient work environment, enabling our team to focus on strategic goals and deliver outstanding results. Duties

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars for multiple teams
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately and ensuring excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities to support financial operations
Organize files, documents, and correspondence both digitally and physically for easy retrieval and compliance
Support team members with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office supplies
Ensure a well-organized workspace by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of office areas

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and QuickBooks
Arabic speaker is essential to speak with gulf clients in our prestigious office in mayfair
Demonstrated administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks and office management
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
