Full job description

Job title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Burscough, Ormskirk

Salary: From £25,900 + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Looking for a role where no two days are the same?

At BT Local Business Liverpool, Chester & North Wales, we're looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and making a real difference to the customer experience. Full training will be provided through the BT Training Academy, so no previous telecoms experience is needed — just the right attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound calls from existing business customers
Taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to resolution
Updating customer records and CRM systems accurately
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customers get the best possible outcome
Supporting customers through changes to their services or accounts
Contributing to a positive, professional customer experience every time
