Join Ali's Academy's Growing Team

Ali's Academy is expanding and is currently recruiting a Weekend Centre Manager for our Oxford branch, opening from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, confident, and proactive individual looking for a rewarding weekend role within an established education provider.

About Ali's Academy

Ali's Academy provides structured tuition programmes for students preparing for 11 Plus, SATs, GCSE, and A Level examinations. Our centres are built around high academic standards, strong organisation, and excellent support for students and parents.

As the Centre Manager for Oxford, you will play a key role in ensuring weekend sessions run efficiently while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and well organised environment for students, families, and tutors.

Your Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day running of the Oxford learning centre during weekend sessions
Open and prepare the venue before classes begin and ensure the premises are secured at the end of the day
Welcome students and parents and provide support throughout the session
Coordinate with tutors to ensure lessons begin on time and run smoothly
Monitor attendance, registers, and centre administration
Ensure classrooms and shared areas remain organised and ready for use
Report any safeguarding, operational, or maintenance concerns to Head Office
Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environment

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is highly organised, reliable, and dependable
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can confidently manage a busy educational environment
Is comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and basic digital systems
Can work independently while following established procedures
Has a calm, professional approach when dealing with students, parents, and staff

Experience within education, administration, customer service, or management is advantageous but not essential. Full training and guidance will be provided before the centre opens.
