Experienced Bobcat (Skid Steer) Driver – Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bobcat (Skid Steer) Driver to join our team for an immediate start.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating a Bobcat/Skid Steer Loader in a construction or civil engineering environment.
Must hold all relevant and valid plant operator certification/tickets (e.g. CPCS or NPORS Bobcat/Skid Steer Loader certification, or equivalent as required).
Valid CSCS card.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Punctual, reliable, and hard-working.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Bobcat/Skid Steer Loader for various site tasks.
Load, move, and distribute materials efficiently.
Carry out daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Work closely with site managers and other trades to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
Keep the machine clean and report any defects or maintenance requirements promptly.
