Full job description

Job position: Restaurant Supervisor assistant

Deliver excellent customer service in a busy restaurant environment
Manage sections efficiently and ensure smooth service
Support and guide junior team members
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
Open and close the restaurant
Complete end-of-night cashing up procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
